2. Use of the Website – Permissions and Restrictions

You do not acquire ownership rights by accessing or using the Site or the content. Unless expressly stated in these Terms of Use, you may not modify, publish, transmit, display, create derivative works, or exploit the content in any way.
• Do not alter or modify any part of the Site.
• Special rules for using certain software and other items provided on the Site may be found elsewhere within the Site and are incorporated into these Terms of Use.
• Do not use the Site for commercial purposes without prior written authorization from Rivertel.

Do not collect or harvest any personally identifiable information from the Site or use the Site’s communication systems for commercial solicitation. Do not solicit users of the Site for commercial purposes. Conduct that restricts or inhibits another user’s enjoyment of the Site is not permitted.

• Understand that Rivertel, if it accepts a User Submission, may feature that User Submission on the Site for a duration determined by Rivertel’s sole discretion. Rivertel also reserves the right to edit User Submissions.
• Acknowledge that Rivertel has the right, though not the obligation, to monitor the Site’s content and remove any material that Rivertel, in its sole discretion, deems in violation of these Terms of Use or otherwise objectionable.
